FREIGHT CHARGE:  When fuel costs and freight surcharges demand, we may find it necessary to implement a $3.00 freight charge for each delivery stop.

Special-Order Policy

Special-Order items require a 50% non-refundable deposit. All special-order items are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. This deposit must be paid at the time of order by Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, or American Express. All items categorized as special-order are sold under the terms outlined in the Special-Order Policy, which can be viewed or printed here.

We buy from nearly 200 manufacturers of electrical, plumbing, voice, & data supplies. We can't possibly list all of the products we may be able to purchase from our suppliers. We welcome inquiries on any manufacturer or product.

UPS Shipping Service

UPS pick-up daily Monday-Friday. Bring us your package. We will be happy to assist you in getting it sent via UPS. Package must in-store by 1:00pm for same day shipping. Rates based on package size, weight, and destination.

$2.00 per item notarized. Please phone ahead to be sure Notary is available.
